Following the legacy of the third-generation Austrian family of bakers who originally founded the bakery in 1983—we bake over 80 varieties of breads.

Using traditional Austrian bread making techniques handed down from one generation to the next, our breads and rolls are baked fresh in our European hearth oven.

Using quality ingredients and the minimum of preservatives our rolls and specialty breads are chosen by Kelowna’s top chefs for their restaurants, delicatessens, and diners. For the public we have four retail outlets.

Our gluten free breads and pastries are legendary.  Using our own specially formulated mix, our gluten free breads and pastries are incomparable.
