SATURDAY MORNING BREAKFAST BUFFET
Chef Wayne has been up early preparing for today’s Breakfast Buffet. He is making two types of fresh Quiche, one being an all meat Quiche and one Vegetarian. He’s making a fresh Strawberry/Rhubarb Cobbler, Chocolate Mousse and Fresh Fruit Trays with Pineapple, Cantalope, Watermelon, Strawberries Red and Green Grapes, Pineapple & Oranges.
He will also be serving Eggs Benedict, Loaded Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms, Tomato, Onion, Peppers. Shredded and cubed Hash Browns, Pancakes and Pound Cake French Toast. Farmers Sausage, Pork Sausages, Beef Sausage and Bacon. Assorted Bakery Pastries, with Apple Danish, Individual Granola Parfait and Jello.
Fresh Toast always included.
