Chef Wayne has been up early preparing for today’s Breakfast Buffet.  He is making two types of fresh Quiche:  All meat Quiche and a Vegetarian.  He’s making  a fresh Warm Peach & Apple Cobbler, and Fresh Fruit Trays with Pineapple, Cantalope, Watermelon, Strawberries Red and Green Grapes, Strawberries & Oranges.

He will also be serving  Eggs Benedict, Loaded Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms, Tomato, Onion, Peppers.   Shredded and cubed Hash Browns, Pancakes and Pound Cake French Toast.  Farmers Sausage, Pork Sausages, Beef Sausage and Bacon.   Assorted Bakery Pastries, Chocolate Croissiant, &  Individual Granola Parfait.

Fresh Toast always included.
