In addition to monitoring guidance from local, national and global health organizations, we are taking precautionary measures to help ensure that our operations are at minimal risk.

We are increasing the cleaning of cash registers and sales counters, POS machines, washrooms and other high-traffic areas. Napkins have been removed from our tables; our cutlery will be given to you in a roll-up containing your fork, knife and soup spoons. Salt & pepper shakers have been removed and will be provided in packages upon request. Condiments such as ketchup, HP sauce, syrup will be provided on your request and disinfected after each use.

Our staff has the freedom to choose whether to continue serving our customers or stay at home; we are sharing our knowledge of the risks involved. Due to the spirit and determination of our staff, we will continue to serve our customers to the very best of our ability.

For our Bistro customers, our Bistro will remain open for now. If you have any hesitation at all, we will be taking phone orders for takeout. You can access our menu on our website at “specialtybakery.ca”. Our phone number is 250-765-5822.
