Loaded Baked Potato Casserole with Chicken  This has a little bit of everything potatoes, chicken, bacon , green onions, peas and carrots, sour cream, cheddar and mozzarella, cheese.  Served with a slice of garlic toast.  This is a first for this recipe so if I test it and  it is not up to standard you may not get it. UPDATE  Tested, this dish  turned out great.  Had some customers try it with very positive results.  Come  in and enjoy today’s lunch special.
